I called to inquire about safe options for disposing an out of date+empty propane tank. The automated call system was barely audible at full phone volume, it didn't relate my verbal inquiry of 'disposal' correctly (sent to billing) and when I asked for 'operator' I think it connected me to a foreign call center; the operator recited a boiler plate response 'if you think the tank is damaged, take it local hazardous waste' and that's all of it.
Almost twice as much $ as Ron's Oil Co. Horrible service up to Roseburg area since they closed the Roseburg office. Different driver every time. Sometimes guys out of Sacramento or further. Charge you $420 just to pick up 120 gal tank when you cancel just to extort a little more money. Person from their non-US call center threatened to charge me for stealing the tank if I brought the empty tank to Grants Pass myself and dropped it off.
Took multiple calls to get service. Technician didn't know what he was doing. Took multiple calls to get refund of over payment. Gauge problem still not repaired.
Deliveryman has always been very nice, friendly and helpful with any and all of our needs. Wonderful service.
