One star is being generous..."lady" that answered phone VERY CONDESCENDING & RUDE. Spoke to me as if I had NO CLUE what she was talking about. EVERY TIME I tried to ask a question she put me on hold or cut me off. Was soooo worried about whether or not I had an existing account or not (answered that question 5 different times...NO). States I just needed information to decide IF I wanted to become a customer or not...OBVIOUSLY, BECAUSE OF THIS "LADY" I DEFINITELY WILL NEVER BE A CUSTOMER OF AMERIGAS...EVER!!!
