Price is more than anyone else but already have their tank so whatever. Guy pulls up and calls my cell, I'm in a meeting so don't answer but someone’s home to accept delivery. He looks at the call box which has a giant CALL button and drives away. I see this on my camera and call to find out why he didn't push the call button. Overseas call agent looks at the notes and says in her really strong accent "It does not say to push the gate call button to get in on your delivery notes, we can reschedule for 5-10 days from now." Do not use if you suspect a leak. They take a long time to arrive and overcharge. Call a plumber instead.
Allow me to add another 1 star (cause there is no option for 0) No US support. Talked to the Philippines before being transferred to India. On the phone over 40 min to have them redirect me to their website because they could not help me. I have a leased tank from Amerigas at my house and they could not tell me when my next payment is. Result will be: I will have another US propane gas company (probably Barnett's Propane) set a new tank with Barnett propane and wait for Amerigas to eventually show up to retrieve their tank. ... read more

The worst- if you call it goes over seas never can get help, they bring customer service to new lows. I went with Arizona gas- it is been a month still can’t get tank picked up from AMERIGAS- go with a local supplier who cares
