More expensive than everyone else. $2.79/gallon versus $1.59/gallon. Horrible customer service. Glad I no longer have this company.
Horrible customer service. Have been a customer for years with no issues... but 3 or 4 years ago customer service had been totally horrible. Had a prebuy credit but nobody would use the credit to clear the invoices. Would call customer service and they could not do anything... asked for managers who said they would take care of it and repeatedly never would happen. I would get collection emails for invoices past due when my account had a credit balance.
Allowed our tank to run dry, even though it had a monitor on it, so we had no heat for about a week. Temps were -22 degrees for a week, but luckily we had 2 electric heating towers. We were charged $1900, when the national price was about $1200. The delivery guy was very nice and a life saver.
We believe they were second to none! From making the call, to receiving our tank full and ready to go, everyone was vary kind, friendly, and ever knowable in placement of tank, running a new line and servicing! Thank you so much! Sincerely Alan
