It's literally impossible to cancel your account. Have spent and accumulative 3 hours on hold and still have gotten no where. Their customer service is based in India and is outright predatory. Read the consumer affairs reviews of this business and not the local stores reviews and you'll see the pattern of corrupt business practices. USE ANYONE ELSE
Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Foreign call center and I have been on hold twice more than 25 minutes! I am livid . I am just trying to close my account and no one can help me! I would never ever ever use this company again if it were an option! HORRIBLE!!!
I regret that I forget the delivery man's name, but he is awesome! He is not only friendly, he's also very helpful with advice, especially when checking the status of my tank when the needle appears to be stuck. He's a good guy and is very responsive.
AmeriGas is horrible. Foreign call center with agents who can’t speak clear English. No call backs. They failed to delivery my gas when needed. Absolutely horrible.
