Have been waiting on my propane for over a week now. I’ve been told “they’re bringing it”, yet still have yet to arrive. I have told them that we are OUT of propane…if we don’t get it tomorrow, my next call will be for them to come and get their tanks!

You can put in an order on the app for gas, they'll give you a date range for it to come, then when it doesn't come and you call, a lady will literally guarantee that they will "deliver it tomorrow". I'm still over here with my 1 year old baby waiting and worrying about whether or not I will have my supplemental heat secured soon if the power goes out due to recent and impending high winds. Unfortunately, amerigas has a monopoly on the area and I have no other option for propane. So far they have been very unreliable.
