Worst business I have ever encountered. First, we tried getting a delivery in May. Talking to an overseas call center was frustrating. Our account was somehow deleted and needed established. Once this was done, we were given a window for delivery. When we called to verify delivery, the incompetent call center deleted our account again. Sirs, Your corporate position that minor annual propane usage merits higher prices is typical nonsense and I don’t buy it for a second. FYI, I am a senior citizen. Nice to find out you offer discounts for that well after I signed on with your service. In truth, your corporate policy is to screw loyal customers every way you can. Fuel recovery fees, haz-mat fees, unnecessary leak testing, etc.
Rescheduled my very first delivery twice without my knowledge. A 55 min wait on phone to schedule it myself finally made delivery happen. I had at first scheduled it two weeks ahead. I was out of propane for one week during a very cold week. I am very very disappointed.
I was charged 4.99/gallon, almost everyone else charging 2.30 ish/gallon. Emailed company, no reply. Try and call and you get overseas. Switching at earliest convenience
