Service is terrible, been waiting weeks for leased tank to be picked up but no one will contact me and contact center is useless when you call
We have been loyal customers of Amerigas in Bedford PA for over 20 years. We use propane to heat our cabin. We are also supposed to be on scheduled deliveries. Our account keeps getting closed. When I spoke to numerous representatives over the past week I was assured of a propane delivery. When I spoke to them again this morning, because we still had not received a propane delivery, we were told they won't fill our tanks and won't even service us because we don't use enough propane But the rude representative told us they do... read more
Had an absolutely horrible time just now. Our 30 gallon tank went empty...we logged in and scheduled a delivery...nothing weird at this point. Then a week later a text saying delivery tomorrow, tomorrow comes and no delivery instead a final bill closing the account. Call immediately because we need propane to cook and haven't cooked in a week on the stove. Get informed that Amerigas decided back in 2023 to stop servicing 30 gallon tanks....no notification to us.
