Excellent driver (Jerry) who maneuvered our private road on a hill with exquisite professional driving skills. In addition, he was very friendly and easygoing.
Beware of how much you are delivered versus what you are billed. Shady practices.
I was impressed by the way Amerigas under promised and over delivered. They came to deliver the gas days before the ultimate deadline. And, the gentleman who delivered it worked late into a dark cold evening. He was friendly, prompt, and professional.
I called for propane and was given a delivery date from 2/2/26-2/5/26. I asked what we were being schedule so far out. I was told that a pending storm was being predicted that weekend and they were being caution of booking an extra week out just in case the weather was bad. I was assured that if weather permitted they would do deliveries that week if the storm wasn’t bad. Horrible customer service I would never recommend this company. We have had multiple problems with the customer service, when asking for help you are yelled at by supervisor and then hung up on.
