Terrible customer service. Charged now to have tank removed. Was not told about lock and leave for next customer. At all costs find another company. Been issues ever since they bought Simple propane. Send changes of service and then they charge what they want. Got charged for zero deliveries because i did not use what they wanted me too. Stay away and be aware of unfortunate costs they send you. No u did not. You waste money. Why did I order oil before my neighbor and get my oil after him. On top of that u delivered his oil and he lives .1 mile from my house and. Ot deliver to me, then come back the next day to deliver to me. That's a waste of money, time, equipment wear and tear etc. We need to be able to speak to the place seend us the oil not some stupid call center that does not care 1 bit. So wasteful
It wasn’t supposed to be delivered for a week or so and I was coming up my hollow and meet the driver. I asked if he had delivered to me and he said yes I was in the area and had time and he filled mine up. Thanks
