No u did not. You waste money. Why did I order oil before my neighbor and get my oil after him. On top of that u delivered his oil and he lives .1 mile from my house and. Ot deliver to me, then come back the next day to deliver to me. That's a waste of money, time, equipment wear and tear etc. We need to be able to speak to the place seend us the oil not some stupid call center that does not care 1 bit. So wasteful
It wasn’t supposed to be delivered for a week or so and I was coming up my hollow and meet the driver. I asked if he had delivered to me and he said yes I was in the area and had time and he filled mine up. Thanks
My mother ordered over 2 weeks ago, still no delivery her gas tank is under 5% with a storm on the way. What type of business are you running if your not getting the elderly heat supply in a timely manner?????? Where's the customer service? Where's the concern for someone's only heat supply depleting???? Called Amerigas for a refill. After on hold for a while I was transferred to an operator in Kenya, Africa. Didn't place order.
