If I could take the star away I would. I was an AmeriGas Propane customer for 11 years. Their prices seemed reasonable and the service was always acceptable. When they started monitoring tank levels I was thrilled and signed up for Keep Full immediately. Yesterday my heater started acting up. This is meant for AmeriGas overall. I have already written a review for the Rio rancho office and have cancelled my will call service with them. Amerigas however continues to harass me and send me bills. They have claimed that the propane tank that I OWN, and is BURIED in the GROUND, is theirs. I have my contract saying I own the tank, and that the service is will call. Hours have been spent dealing with their foreign owned customer service people.
