This was probably the most ridiculous propane company in business first it for ever to get somebody on the phone live then this girl that works for a propane company told me she had no idea what I was talking about
This is the worst company I've had the dissatisfaction of having to work with. My company contracts with this "service" and we are frequently out of propane and required to drive around to refill our own tanks. They obviouslyoutsource customer service outside of the country, and not once have they solved a problem I had. I am forced to keep it because i cant change our companies contracts, but hopefully I can prevent others from making the mistake of working with this company. DO NOT USE AMERIGAS
Avoid AmeriGas like the plague!! They have the worst overseas customer service I have ever delt with. I have spent hours of my life on the phone with them getting no where, they send you in circles and make you wait on hold for hours. I'm trying to cancel my service with them which requires returning my leased 500gal tank which is underground! I asked about purchasing it and they quoted me more than double the market rate. Received a tank fill up at a pretty remote location south east of Albuquerque. Response time to get me scheduled was really quick and the delivery was on time and professional. Thanks folks!
