Once again, this company has shown it only gives lip service to caring about its customers. My emergency service once again did not happen when they said it would. There is no way you can get anyo e in the US to help you even though we are getting delivery by a US citizen. All I wanted is confirmation that I was actually getting a delivery. Its like whack-a-mole qith thrse people. They do everything g they can to avoid actually helping you. Two emails to their "customer care" and no reply. Great communication and convenient ordering with the online access. Would love to see lower prices but money just doesn't go as far lately.
As noted by many below the post-Covid customer service is as bad as you will experience anywhere. I have been a loyal Amerigas customer for ten years. I used to be able to walk into the local office to schedule deliveries, make payments and take care of any other issues. Now, I am sent to a web portal that adds bogus fees or an overseas call center which has been given no authority by Amerigas. Amerigas demanded a leak check on my system, that they installed, because it had been two years and three months since my last deliv... read more
