Terrible customer service, no local interaction or communication whatsoever so ever. (Ive called 3 times )I’ve been waiting almost a month for this company to come pick up their tanks that are sitting in my driveway. I recommend Columbus energies to anyone in the area looking for great customer service and pricing !!

Piss poor customer service. Currently on automatic delivery. Tanks are getting low (below 30%) but no scheduled deliveries pending. Contacted the company to get a delivery scheduled and they said 7-10 business days. They said if I want the delivery sooner it will cost me $300. What’s the point of automatic delivery if the fuel isn’t delivered when it’s needed and if I request a fill to be expedited I have to pay $300?! Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered
Constantly making mistakes with the billing. Charging for past due bill when a check was already sent. We have to call to send the proper amount. We are at the point of cancelling Amerigas and finding a local gas company. Getting sick and tired of Amerigas making mistakes or trying to get extra money from senior citizens. I'm submitting this knowing full well that you will never use this for advertising or promotional purposes.
