Would rate this company zero stars if it were an option. Among the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Came onto my property with no prior notice, no permission, and performed a "needed repair" to my line. Never said a word to me about it, then sent me a $515 invoice for the work. That work, by the way, was <15 minutes of labor from their tech. This latest issue is just one of about a dozen issues I've had with them over the years. The cost of their goods is $1 plus a gallon. Rental fees when others don’t charge you! Every time you get gas you then agree to what ever contract up date they throw at you with out providing a new contract or notifying you of changes. When you want to end their service they will charge a $450 pick of fee. No one speaks much English or cares about the customer. Probably a off shore call center.
