The guy that delivered our propane was excellent- but your company is a disgrace. We are set up on automatic delivery. Estimated delivery date was 2/10. 2/13 rolled around and I got an email that they were delivering on 2/14. Nope. No one showed up. On 2/20 still no propane. Our heat went out and we called the HVAC tech to come check- the problem? Not enough propane pressure because we were so low. I was an "Automatic Delivery" customer for years. On 2/3/25 I called AmeriGas in reference to my delivery and was told my last order for delivery was created on 1/20/25 and was scheduled between 2/4 and 2/10. On 2/8 I called again because my tank was getting very low. I was assured not to worry. I called back on the 10th at 6:10 pm and was told I would have a delivery tonight! I have been a customer for 40 years and I regret ever doing business with Amerigas. This is the worst managed company I have ever worked with. The constant lies and price fixing. I am done they will never hat my business again!
Customer service was poor. Long wait times on the phone. Equipment left in my property despite requests for removal.
