Amerigas made multiple promises/assurances regarding the timeline for which I could expect a delivery, despite being under 20% in our propane tank, and could not fulfill any of them. For days on end! Finally I was able to speak with Lori Tihanyl and she made many efforts to determine when we would be serviced. She followed up with me several times and provided updates about what the regional route director had decided regarding our delivery. Worst business customer service I have delt with in 27 years running a business!!!
Delivery was postponed by company two time - my propane tank went from 20% to 0% prompting me to turn gave line off and shut heating system down. Pipes froze due to extreme cold weather. Unacceptable!! Poor experience
