Absolutely horrible customer service. No accountability, no sense or urgency, no follow through. They were liable for property damage to our home and instead of rectifying the situation, they continue to string us along. Save yourself the headache. Choose another propane provider.
Terrible customer service over the phone. The representative was rude and completely unhelpful when I inquired about their services. I ended up choosing another company that actually valued my time and treated me with respect. Would not recommend based on my experience.
The guy that delivered our propane was excellent- but your company is a disgrace. We are set up on automatic delivery. Estimated delivery date was 2/10. 2/13 rolled around and I got an email that they were delivering on 2/14. Nope. No one showed up. On 2/20 still no propane. Our heat went out and we called the HVAC tech to come check- the problem? Not enough propane pressure because we were so low.
