Horrible customer service and prices significantly higher than the competition. Stay away
Once again, Amerigas showed up at our house to take away our gas tank, which we own. We go through this every year, as they try to charge us for the tank, or their new favorite: take our tank away. We have provided proof of ownership multiple times, but these scumbags still came by to take our tank this morning. I can't say it enough--DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH AMERIGAS! Checked fall prices for weeks to make sure I got locked in before they jumped for winter. They didn’t deliver and when I called to see what happened, India had no record of my order and I am stuck paying a higher price. They wouldn’t do anything to help out. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had but it’s the first one that is costing me money. I’m switching to a company where I can speak to someone who lives in the same county (and country) as me.
