"I scheduled an appointment with AmeriGas to come to my rental property to relight the pilot light, or whatever the situation was because I had no heat in the house. I was scheduled a time slot of 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm on Tuesday, February 21st. My property manager drove to my rental to wait for AmeriGas. Two hours later, they were still a no-show. I couldn't get ahold of Amerigas to get them to come fill my tank ever since last year in 2019. They are not taking phone calls. Not even on the 800 number! You can't call them at all. I had to get another company real quick last year because I would have had no working fire place at all through this winter. I just tried to call them again today 1-7-21 to come pick up their tank that is sitting out here on my property. They are still not taking any calls. Come get your tank off my property!
I do not have an Amerigas account. I tried to establish one, but they claimed my address already had an account. The previous owner of my home had an account, which she closed in April, 2019. Amerigas came to the home on the day we closed, and filled the LPG tanks, inspected the tanks, and were notified we'd purchased the home and needed a new account. I wanted to reach the top of the company Mr. Jerry E. Sheridan with this because this Technician needs to be recognized. Mr. Lewis Leitner, because of his work ethic, professionalism, knowledge, and kind and caring heart. We just bought this cabin and had no idea that the gas tank was too close to the cabin, but Mr. Leitner 's inspection was so thorough as he measured the distance and found this issue and scheduled for it to be relocated.
