Won’t even answer damn phone calls when I need to talk to my husband who is a worker even ifs it’s a emergency
Only gave a 1 because you can’t give negatives. From the beginning all we’ve had is problems. They give you a date but don’t honor it. They charged us for hook up that wasn’t included with first quote. NOW- they have mistaken us with somebody else and charged over $1,000 for services we never received. We contacted them 3 time a month for 6 months and talk to nonspeaking people who say it is clearly not our bill, but then we get the same bill the next month. Now collections.
