The guy delivering the tank tried to reschedule. When I told him it was urgent and needs to be delivered as scheduled he shows up with the wrong size tank. Several days later and I had not heard anything from anyone, I call and have gotten the run around all day, while I sit here with no propane and below freezing temps coming all week.
Poor customer service and practically impossible to communicate concerns. Call center located outside United States with no way to voice concerns to corporate personal in the United States. Avoid this company as there are better suppiers .
This company came to my residence and filled the wrong tank and told me there is nothing they can do about it. In the short amount of time that I have been there customer they have told me something then another employee would tell me the opposite. *** VERY UNORGANIZED DO NOT RECOMMEND ***
