This Supplier is absolutely terrible have been going back and forward for a week with these idiots and still no gas in our tank this is absolutely ridiculous
I've been waiting in a freezing house for WEEKS for Amerigas to deliver. At this point I'd happily call another provider, except for how long I'm sure it would take to get them to take their tanks away. We notified them with plenty of time before we were going to run out, but of course they didn't make it. They gave us a window from 2/2 to 2/5 and didn't make it. I initiated a relationship with AmeriGas because I needed propane delivery to my home and contacted AmeriGas on June 25, 2025 to set up service. Despite this, the tank delivered to my property was never connected, never filled with propane, and no propane service was ever initiated. Yet I have been billed for installation, removal, labor, and even for services supposedly provided. They let my parents runout again after calling weeks in advance to make sure they were coming! My parents are older and my dad is disabled they can’t be with out heat for days on end !
Zero stars. Two hrs on hold to get hung up on and get a customer service survey. I was trying to start my service. Impossible to deal with.
