Worst company to have.
HORRIBLE customer service! Left us hanging in the middle of a winter storm and wanted to charge us $500 to pick up their tank so we could switch service. NEVER do business with them!!! I may be calling the Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Office to report them. We are days away from running out (as they only notified me when the tank was at 10%, then shamed me for not alerting them earlier) and said the only way to get it filled in time to not run out was to pay a $300 fee for next day service. The idiots working at this location filled up the WRONG propane tank. So they're charging me for 178 gallons of propane they gave to the wrong address, meanwhile I have no propane!! And then gave me some crap about taking 3-5 days to 'investigate' the issue! Well the issue is your drivers suck and now my neighbor gets free propane on me?! Absolutely ridiculous
Nothing AMERI about this company... I called for starting in October to have a faulty tank repaired/replaced without a call returned. Finally when service was cancelled in January, I was charged a service call that was never received!!
We’ve been waiting 6 days past the estimated delivery date for gas with no way to contact anyone locally. All calls go to a call center and they have no information. It’s always they will be there today. The worst part is, they require someone to be home so we’ve been stuck here for a week. Use anyone else. Use firewood to cook and heat your home before you use Amerigas.
