The worst customer service I've ever had. I ordered a propane fill up an was bill at a certain price. After receiving the invoice via email it was charged to me at a different price. After hrs on the worst customers service line, an demands of speaking to a manager I was finally transfered. The manager said she saw the mistake an would take care of it. That was 2 months ago an still nothing had changed. Can't wait to burn through this propane and never deal with this company again.

I called to have our tank filled, also for them to check a leak. The technician came and filled the tank, said there was no leak. There was still a leak. I got a survey, said if the tank blows up they’ll be accountable since I told them to fix it and they didn’t. They sent another technician out (surprise surprise, another charge on our account!) and he tightened the “collar” on the tank. When we didn’t approve the fix, my husband could have done it after I told them they didn’t… but it’s a leased tank. This company just dri... read more
