On auto delivery and they never showed up I had to call. And can never talk to a person locally. Tanks leaning but won’t fix it unless I pay. I told them when they put it in that would happen cause of where they put the tanks

Steer clear of Amerigas constantly changing their contracts without customer knowledge . Their Pre-buy option which should be a savings , actually is an expensive gimmick since Amerigas refuses to price match with their own delivery prices for loyal customers . Therefore, pre-buy often becomes the most expensive way to buy fuel. Since Amerigas has out-sourced third party customer service and billing , customer service communication is now poor and prices continue to increase! This is twice in a row that even though we we promised to be on automatic fill up, we ran out. Again the customer service, from India, told us our account was in the process of being closed. Could be be up to a week before anything will happen. Customer service was reading from a script, worst service I've ever experienced.
