The worst customer service I've ever had. I ordered a propane fill up an was billed at a certain price. After receiving the invoice via email it was charged to me at a different price. After hrs on the worst customers service line, an demands of speaking to a manager I was finally transfered. The manager said she saw the mistake an would take care of it. That was 2 months ago an still nothing had changed. Can't wait to burn through this propane and never deal with this company again.
Very unhappy with the service. The service was good when I could talk to someone in the local office now its all thru a call center. I was told in July that if I canceled service I would get a refund for remaining propane in the tank when picked up. Just called to cancel because they were almost 2 dollars more per gallon than other local companies they informed me that I can no longer recieve a refund and also have to pay almost 500 dollars for them to come pick up their tank. On auto delivery and they never showed up I had to call. And can never talk to a person locally. Tanks leaning but won’t fix it unless I pay. I told them when they put it in that would happen cause of where they put the tanks
