They have been very thorough and compassionate with our kittens and with two generations of cats and dogs for Crossville Mission.
If I could leave a negative star I would. Horrible company to deal with. No communication. They do not call you back or address issues. We have been dealing with trying to get a tank for a year a half and still we do not have a working tank. They bring us a tank and it is defective and then tell us we have to find someone to wire everything for thier tank after we have waiting over a year. AmeriGas charges DOUBLE what other companies charge. I was charged $4.769 per gallon, they waited until my tank was less than 10% full and sent me $4,416.67 bill. OMG!!! Called Heller's Gas, they charge $2.29 per gallon for delivered propane.
I have been calling since before Thanksgiving and finally after 4-5 calls someone finally showed up on December 29 to fill the tank. They were supposed to call and let us know when they were coming so they could light the pilot light. No one called and on the one day that I had to leave the house to take my mom to a doctor's appointment they show up while we were gone. calls made during normal business hours are not answered. i've been ttryiong to order propane for 2 days straight, and no live person will come to the phone, only a recording that they are busy with other customers, and please call back during business hours ( ihave been)
Exactly what all other reviews stated!!!! Short.... rude, can’t keep appointments... can’t support auto fill... won’t come get tank after you cancel.... not to mention prices...

I have been a patient of this clinic since it opened in the 80's.The reviews with poor ratings from Carrie M,Amber T,Sara S,& Savannah T are totally ridiculous.Im certain that there is more to each story than what was told,there always is.I have taken many, many of my pets there and have never had any issues.I am not a relative either, so no family bias.In addition to small animals they have cared for my horses & cattle as well.Perhaps these poor reviews are due to ignorance or youth wilth a poor grasp of medicine/business.D... read more
The expense is outrageous! We keep the house at 60°, and haven't used a water heater in a month. A $949.00 bill is just unacceptable. They are changing $4.99 a gallon. We did get a $3.79 senior discount. Thanks a whole bunch!
