TERRIBLE customer service. Our tank gauge broke and it ran out unknowingly. We ordered new propane (be prepared to wait 2-3 weeks) and its 20° outside. It has been 45° or less in my house, at night about 40°. Space heaters are short circuiting my electric system. Me and my cats are very cold. I tried to call for an emergency next day delivery (they previously told me they could do) for $300. Apparently they can't "in this district". Their call center is centralized and based in another country. We had a lot of problems and the lack of a local office that you can call means it’s nearly impossible to get fixed. It took 10 days to get gas delivered. They knew we were out but central call center did not tell the driver. The driver locked our propane tank because no one told us to be there (someone was home but they are hard of hearing) and so now they won’t get anyone out to unlock our tank for another week with a snow storm on the way.
