If I could give less than 1 star I would. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I had automatic delivery and they let me run out. Then I waited 2 days for a delivery after calling 6 times and got 6 different answers. The supervisors refuse to get on the phone with me. I have never seen such poor customer service.
I made a request online 11.11 and no one got back to me with any quotes. My mom called customer service 12.01 without knowing I asked for quotes online. The nastiest customer service rep said “quote was made for this phone number and it was declined” and hung up the phone on her.
I also had Amerigas for 20 years in Ma. Now that the local office is closed and I have to use the National number. I owe no money but there is a hold on my account and they do t know why. I have been going in circles for two weeks. Time to get a new company.
I've been with Amerigas for 20 years and they have the worst service since 2020. They filled my neighbors tank and instead of mine and i have no heat bow and cannot get anyone on phone or email or live chat. There is no one top speak to.NO ONE
