Terrible communication. Was told gas would be delivered two days ago and we would receive a call prior to delivery. Still no call and no delivery. Called to check on status, calls get routed to non English speaking customer support. Spent 30 minutes on the phone and still can't communicate to the support person because they do not understand English. No idea where my order is and really frustrated. I'm literally trying to give this company money and it seems they could care less. Zero stars. Do not recommend.
Absolutely horrible customer service.
Not open during business hours and then was hung up on by their customer service. Lost my buisness.
