Poor customer service. They are understaffed and don't care. All of AmeriGas locations are closed to the public. You have to deal with the call center over sea. Good luck understanding them. You have to order weeks in advance to make sure you get a delivery.
If you guys can try to find Ferrellgas they're going to be the company that replaces AmeriGas. I see a lot of 1-star reviews. They cannot keep any employees at Plainfield location every 5 weeks are looking for a new driver at that location. Ferrellgas is starting to pick up some of the business at Walmart AmeriGas used to have terrible company look for Ferrellgas
