Been calling over a week, keep getting told same story. Now down to 18% and snow outside more coming, can’t always get truck to my tank when it snows. Now I’m told today for sure, yet said was supposed to get it yesterday. So that was 8:30 am today, it’s not almost 2:30 pm and no calls no truck no nothing. People left reviews 6 months ago about your racist employee Grace Parton but I guess it wasn’t enough because she still works here, and is still leaving racist comments. She compared the Vice President of the United States to an animal.. the photo speaks for itself, but it is extremely disappointing that you would continue to employ someone like this. I don’t know how she can serve people of color with this kind of attitude, nor how people of color can trust their animals with you.
Very unresponsive. We have been out of gas for over a week now and they still haven’t come by to fill our tank. We will give it 1-2 more days...and then we are switching companies. This is absurd.
I have used this vet for years and yesterday I had to make the decision to put my 11yr old Mastiff Mopes down. We called them ahead of time to let them know we were bringing him and knew we would be waiting, however after over an hour of waiting I asked how much longer and got a short rude answer from the vet tech who tells me I have to wait on everyone who actually has an appointment. After three hours on hold, Amerigas was kind enough to disconnect me. And that was on the "emergency" line! I have a friend who is at 30% propane as I write this. Thanks for your "Awesome Customer Service" Amerigas! I am so thankful I am not one of your customers. I hope you go out of business soon.
I would never recommend this business to anyone if you expect good customer service or even the ability to contact the company. I've been a customer for nearly 10 years, my September order was "lost", and my last order wasn't sent when they promised-now I am completely out of propane, hot water, cooking source and it's 15 degrees. worst customer service paid on oct 25 th still no propane i’m on 5 percent
We have been calling for a week, and going in line even went by the(closed) office and put a note through the mail slot! Can’t get through to anyone. Need propane now!! Please help?
Customer service stinks. I discontinued my propage service 9 months ago and am still trying to get them to pick up their propane tank.
