if you are looking for reviews because you are shopping around for a company, just turn away and cross Amerigas off your list. if I could give zero stars I would. today makes 1 week, a full 7 days that my house has been without propane. first week of December with an 8 month old at home, heat and hot water are pretty important. first they give an extremely hard time and rude service on the phone to set up delivery and take payment, had to speak to a manager because the woman on the phone was rude and accusational. Stayed home for service, and have been stood up two days in a row now. I call to confirm they really are coming today, but they never show up, and never bother to call. Day 3: I told them I would have to go out between 11am and 1pm today to get supplies. They teased me by visiting while I was out, but did not refill the gas. What kind of cruelty is this?
