Horrible customer service. Did not auto refill our propane tank and after calling 3 times at over 30 minutes per call they finally deliver propane at nearly $4/gal and heavily damaged our concrete driveway they weren’t supposed to drive on.
They have sky high prices and zero customer service.
Terrible. Prepaid for delivery more than 2 weeks ago, haven't received it yet and they missed two of their promised delivery windows. So Far. Stay away from AmeriGas. I'll no longer buy a BBQ tank from AmeriGas.
STAY AWAY!! I tried calling to get an account switched over to my name and gave me the same 4 numbers with same response and questions. I then decided to just cancel the account and they charge $200 to pick up their OWN tanks. I don’t see how this company is still in business.
If you have any alternative to this company, use it. At a minimum, own your tank so another vendor can fill it if your tank runs ot "
