Wish I could leave less than one star. If you like to run out of propane and have to be home when they come to fill it and do a leak test ( at $200+) you will be very happy here. They did this twice in a years time to me. And tech admitted that it was not my fault!
All the negative reviews are spot on!! DO NOT deal with this company unless you want nothing but headaches. WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!
I don't know why I can't do less than 1 star. Amerigas is terrible. Save yourself and go with someone else! They will do anything in their power to price gouge you EVERY time. They are the absolute worst.
I don’t even know where to start with the issues I’ve had with AmeriGas. Our account was transferred over when we bought our house. We were told we had a certain amount of propane which was very incorrect because we completely ran out. AmeriGas told me they’d send someone within 24 hours which never happened. I had to call three days in a row and then a supervisor told me I would have to pay $300 for an emergency delivery even though it was 20 degrees out since we live in Massachusetts??
