I don't know why I can't do less than 1 star. Amerigas is terrible. Save yourself and go with someone else! They will do anything in their power to price gouge you EVERY time. They are the absolute worst.
I don’t even know where to start with the issues I’ve had with AmeriGas. Our account was transferred over when we bought our house. We were told we had a certain amount of propane which was very incorrect because we completely ran out. AmeriGas told me they’d send someone within 24 hours which never happened. I had to call three days in a row and then a supervisor told me I would have to pay $300 for an emergency delivery even though it was 20 degrees out since we live in Massachusetts?? Horrible. Horrible! OMG so horrible ...customer service bounces you around, service tickets are closed and work still isn't done ... like I said, horrible.
Completely terrible company! Do not work with these people. Took months to get a delivery. They "guaranteed" delivery within a month. They tell you it will be a few days but they never show. When the 30 day time limit is up they just cancel your order without saying anything. You then have to place a new order and start another 30 day clock.
