Terrible customer service. In order for propane to be delivered we need to have our driveway sanded in the winter. This is needed solely for the delivery truck. The cost of sanding is $100.00 each event. We are given less than 16 hours (after 7:00 pm) notice of a delivery which often does allow time for the sanding truck to arrive. Invariably the propane truck arrives early, can’t get to the house and leaves.
