Service has been terrible since they switched to a national call center. The local Truckee office missed 2 deliveries in the last month without notifying us or scheduling a new delivery. We ran out of gas after calling 6 days in a row when we were at 30%. We called the servce line a dozen time, waiting over an hour on most calls and being sent from one rep to another. They charged us furnace lighting fee even if it had to be stopped because of their delivery miss. Its been a struggle. I would recommend working with other loc... read more

I don't know if anyone else is better but this company is horrible. They let our propane run out once already this year, now we're down to 2% and I can't get them to deliver propane. They are completely unreliable. We have a house that can be difficult in winter to access so they sometimes say the conditions weren't great-- but they do business in Tahoe. What are they expecting. I get up and down in a freaking Tesla so you think they'd be able to do it (or at least drag the long hose up to our tank.) I'm definitely investing... read more
