You charged my 87 year old dad even after he moved out of is residence.
We keep running out of propane despite having automatic delivery set up. We are left with no hot water or ability to use our gas stove. It's happened over the winter too. When we call customer service, the call center is unable to resolve our issue. We get an apology and told it won't happen again but then it happens again...every single time. This has been an on-going issue for the last 3 years. We will be switching to Allied Propane Service in Dixon, CA instead.
Submitted request to change delivery frequently seven times by email, text, calls, nothing has been done.
