Just tried an automated propane exchange at River Point (Walmart). It took my empty but did return a full or any tank. . And the machine charged my credit card twice. Which I an disputing. They make it impossible to contact a human for complaints or support. Im also going to report a complaint to the BBB.
I had a lot of issues with my first delivery. I ordered a 500-gallon tank but they bought me 250-gal which I kept. After that, I had trouble explaining the situation and was being in charge charged.
You charged my 87 year old dad even after he moved out of is residence.
