Worst customer service ever. I had to accept service with them when I purchased my home on 2/2018. Paid the bill in full. With the agreement that we weren't going to refill the 250 gallon tank, but upgrade to a 500 gallon tank at our introductory price. Well on 10/20n18 the tank was at 5% and we set up a appointment for them to remove 250 tank and set up 500 tank. Well 2 days before appt. Very rude staff and not a place I would recommend to anyone. They shut off my mother's propane and she is Blind, they did this without notice and they should be ashamed of themselves to do something so low to a person with no vision. I think they are very deplorable and inconsiderate to customers with certain circumstances. My mother did call and it will take a month to get service re-activated for use. Very disgusting if you ask me.

They were a great company when they were Proflame, but after Amerigas bought them out their service went down hill. I canceled service with them over a month ago and they still have not picked up their tank. They didn’t show up last month to pick it up as scheduled and now they are telling me they can’t pick it up for another month! I requested a manager call me, but they did not. Watch out when you disconnect service they slap you with a tank pick-up charge. "It is on your contract" Inconsistent pricing, will lower if you dicker with them - waste of time, waste of money - go anywhere else. I went with a company out of Indio Hills, great customer service and a pleasure to work with.
