There. Poor service can't seem to get questions.Tired of taking a whole day off work.Nobody showing up very unprofessional. I would give them 0 stars if i Could go down that low.I would never recommend them to anybody.

called this company to have tank removed from property has been over a year haven't had any correspondence other than a late bill have been on hold with this company for 40 minutes very poor customer service still no one has answered

There selling air instead of propane. I've exchanged 8 tanks in the last 5 months and every single one of them was frozen, as I was told. There's no such thing, it's a blatant lie. Propane doesn't freeze until-366 degrees and in its normal state is -44 degrees. The stuff left to freeze is condensation from air. They're stealing propane from us and selling dirty air. Amerigas is HORRIFIC-DO NOT FALL PREY TO THESE VULTURES After leaving Amerigas due to higher than average prices and poor service, I needed them to pick up their tank. I couldn't use another propane supplier if they couldn't put their tank on the pad where the Amerigas tank still sits. I had to create a new pad, run new gas lines in order to start with Kamp's. I would recommend that you go anywhere but here!! I can’t get them to answer the phone, I can’t get anyone to come to the door. I hunt fugitives from law and this business is exactly how fugitives do business. After leaving Boaz to go to Albertville to get my camper gas tank filled, they won’t answer the door. There’s a sign on the door saying “if you need your camper gas tank filled, carry it to Boaz Tractor Supply”. I go back to Boaz and they won’t fill the bottle because a gas company has to re-certify the bottle…

Poor customer service. The phone number transfers to an international call center and the individuals answering cannot assist with any real problems. This is one of the worst companies i have had to work with. Do not use AmeriGas if possible.

Worst customer experience ever. You can not even hit the timeframe you set. Now I am having to wait around on you. If I could get a truck in my backyard your tank would be gone and replaced with someone that is local and can talk to a human about delivery.
