Super easy to work with online schedule, able to provide comment for specific directions, and delivery was given prior to estimated dates.
I ordered propane, they emailed me said a certain date, then they moved it up, yay, o no, they said my car was blocking driveway, can't deliver, they can't get to the tank from driveway!, get another email coming next day, Yay nope didn't show up, not a email nothing, no call, text nothing, had to call them Again! Same old crap, Been a customer since 06, never changes, finally got the fuel, at$4.98 a gallon,, at $668.08 that's only 100 gallons, don't turn heat on, it will be gone in a heartbeat!
My Fiancé ordered propane through here over a week ago and they have cancelled their delivery day TWICE. We have told them that we have now ran out of propane and they don’t care that my family is freezing and we have to use space heaters to keep barely warm. Their last update was anywhere from today to next Monday. So now one of us has to take off work throughout this week to ensure we are there just incase they come. Very unsatisfied.
