We've been a customer with AmeriGas for over two decades at least. They just sent us a renewal with an over 47% increase to our payments. Customer Service does nothing but try to bully you into accepting the increases the last two or three years at least. They are also trying to fraudulently change our contract into an auto renew that we never approved.
No frills, bells or whistles but they did as promised... and that's exactly what we needed.
Poor customer service, will hang up the phone on you, and will take forever to refill my tank. Took them a month to come fill. Just cancelled my account with them
Read the contract, Make sure you have scheduled delivers sooner than needed. Do not count on them coming on time to fill your tank.
