Their Philippines based customer service organization is pathetic. I’ve learned not to believe anything they say or trust them in any way. I am forced to make multiple calls to confirm what we agreed to on a previous call and even then there is a good chance there will be a problem. Did Amerigas deliver a 5 sar experience? No, you never did. Honestly, my experience with Amerigas was horrible. I think you're an incredibly unprofessional company. I would never consider doing business with you ever again and would advise anyone I know not to do business with you either. If I can be of any more help to you, let me know.
No customer service. Giant corporate void sucks the life and money out of customers.
The tank monitor gives real time propane levels that makes re-ordering something is dont have to think about. Communication is top notch as I know when I will get deliveries. Everything is done online so payment is fast and easy.
