Will it has been over a month since I ordered my propane, Aug 14th 2008, it is now Sept 16th and still no propane. I paid \$875.00 to have my take filled and have called 3 times to see when it will be filled. I am now almost empty, when I called I was at 5%. Be wary!!! I am pretty new to the area and if I knew they would be this UNRELIABLE I would not have gone with them.

I wouldnt recomend Amerigas to anyone. I called to tell them I was going to swap companies on the next fill up because they were to expensive. So I called and ordered propane from someone else and was going to use the propane I already bought that was in my tank until The new company brought out there tank and swapped. Well I get a call from my wife a day later( Sunday night) at work telling me the tank was gone. After calling around I found out Amerigas came and took it without us here or telling us and Left us on JANUARY 6... read more

I have not been happy with Heritage Propane since we originally started dealing with them 3 years ago. We have only had to put gas in our tank 3 times in those 3 years and it has taken two tries each year to actually get someone to come out. I had an appointment yesterday and as usual, no one showed up. This company has terrible customer service and the people who work there are rude.
we just moved here and requested for them to remove the old, old propane tank that was in a dangerous areain my backyard. After 4 calls and many weeks later they came and picked it up. They never even came and knocked on my door to inform me they were here.I dont use propane so I had no need for it.

Picked up my propane tank without any notification at all. No phone calls. No collection letters. This company knew I had a small child in my home and that propane was my main source of heat.
left us w/out propane & gave no option for 6 days in extremely cold weather! No heat! No hot water. They are not equipped to handle their business
