A business that operates around selling propane should be able to fill propane bottles. Just saying if it was my company even the office staff would know how to operate the machine that generates the business money
This is the worst propane company around... really don t try to help people out.They tier price based on how gas you order even though they charge delivery. Price increases like this should not be allowed...much like gas stations that are not allowed to take advantage of people. By the way this is a observation based on a young couple trying to make it on there own!!!
I was attempting a merge onto US Hwy 1 from Boca Chica NAS, and had control of my lane when the driver in an Amerigas truck with license plate 717 NY (he blocked the plate) tried to pass me. He didnt want to slow for a semi-trailer that he was gaining on, in his lane. So instead of slowing down like a professional driver would do, he sped up and did a quick cut around me but in doing so, his passenger rear wheels almost made contact with my driver door/a-frame and I had to slam on my brakes and hit the shoulder. HORRIBLE!! I needed propane ASAP, prices were great, set up time was good. The people working there lack professionalism. One man came into my home and continuosly insulted the way it was built, the fact that I had no immediate access to a basement that I dont even have... I called to complain and the manager left messages, but wouldnt accept calls when I called back. If not for the price, and the fact that I needed heat, I would have sent them packing!!!!!!!!!
One start is still too many! This company will extort as much money from you as possible. Be prepared to pay an extaordinary cost to get your service hooked up, fees to have your tank serviced, and if you disconnect before you have been used their service for 3 years...they will charge you \$60 for that. Dont be a day late on your bill either, that is another \$30 right off the bat. Make sure you read the fine print on your contract and be prepared to get shafted.

At 2.69 a Gal on 12-20-2010 when I ordered and every other LP dealer is at 2.09? I think is very high! To top it off: I told them that I was at 5% and they said that it would be delivered in 5 to 7 days and the Holidays would mess that up and not to wait so long before I called next time. Maybe they should put a buzzer on the tanks that tells you when they get down to fare so the laymen like me won't have to remember to check that stupid little gage that has bird crap all over it.
