My folks are in a really hard spot. America Gas was going to change out their propane tank and was told to wait till it was down to 10 percent. They called when the weather went bad and the tank was at 25 percent. They then called on Friday to say it was down to 10 percent and were told that they would get propane by the first of the week. On Sunday the 8th ran out of gas they have called America Gas on Monday and told them they were completely out and told that they were on the list for delivery. No gas was delivered.
