Terrible customer service. Won't answer to calls. We r part of a national account. There isn't a "higher up" to talk to. Rude on the phone.

Solid facility with tremendous customer service. The place is very well lit secure and organized. The quality of the propane is second to none. I am love this location since it on the north side of Chicago and close to downtown.
