First and foremost I'd like to state that my family and I have been dealing with amerifund for the past 25 years (yr 2000) and has never failed. From experience, they"ll do a preliminary examination of a prospective transaction that needs financing they will either state if the deal can close on day 1, and if they do rest assured they will certainly close no matter the hurdle if any they will do what's right and make it happen! SCAM..Alan lies takes large upfront fee. Lied that he was a direct lender was not. Lied that he would close did not.. and will not return the deposit. BEWARE
