The home buying process with them was quick. However, after you’re done with it, they sell your loan to another bank, without even consulting you on who it’s going to. Mine was sold to a horrible bank. It’s a major inconvenience. I haven’t had the opportunity yet to ENJOY having a home. For example, I’m currently on hold for over 30 mins now with the bank they sold my loan to. Do yourself a favor if you’re a first time home buyer, and do NOT go here.
