Great place to get a home loan. Direct lender with all in house services.
Communication is terrible!!! There is clarity to how to access account info online. Also has other companies managing loan accounts. Super difficult to work with.
Amerifirst Financial is an incredibly unprofessional business. They approved my husband and I for a house loan, gave us a loan ID number, and took our earnest money. After all that they decided that they were backing out and will not answer or return any calls. Their reason was that they had a problem with the industry we work in, after they had already seen our pay stubs, tax information, and signed contracts.
