This is my second go round with American Estates trust my first one was in 2004 and then my new one is 2026. I need to make new entries for the trust so the best decision was to just start over and make a new one. That’s what I did and it’s worked out great I highly recommend him. They know what they’re doing and if you have questions you can always get a hold of them and ask them the questions.
This company made the "hectic" process of writing, development and legal proofing of my estate plan a more simple and less stressful process for me. Most of the tangibles associated with this basic plan were explained well and the process was fairly quick to arrive at an acceptable document. I appreciate their efficiency and accuracy at developing my estate plan. Any questions or adjustments to my draft plan were handled professionally.
