AmeriEstate has not been helpful at all. We lost our grandmother in early September and she had a trust setup through AmeriEstate. After she passed, we were not helped by anyone at this company at all. Myself and other family members have tried calling to ask what the next steps are with no response. Until one day, we were transferred to Martha. She has not called back, emailed back or been very helpful in what the next steps are for us at all, she has been very vague. terrible to work with. I attended a seminar and was told that they would come to the house to finalize the new trust and POA. this is strictly a phone based company and were extremely rude. We were trying to update a trust for a disabled family member and the person I spoke with was rude to him as well. Do not recommended, they lie, tell you one thing and are very difficult to work with.
