Their customer service is terrible. It took forever to finally talk to a human being and when I did, it was someone I couldn’t understand at all. They also did not know what they were doing, and for some reason, the phone kept breaking up as if they were in a silo. When setting up auto pay, make sure you make your very next payment because many times they won’t enroll you until the following month and if you think that you are already enrolled, you miss a payment assuming that auto pay is going to take care of it.
