Customer service is terrible. One simple question and I call multiple days, leave a voicemail in the general mail box, never get a return call. How do you reach someone in this office you ask? Call the office in Troy MI and ask for someone in Wisconsin office.
Will never go through this company again. I liked the lady that helped me with my loan, but after I paid it off trying to get my escrow check back has been ridiculous. My money is just sitting out in Limbo since Dec. 2021. Guess I have to give 1 star but wanted to give them NO stars because that is my money they are not returning.
