Horrible, I have my auto loan through them. I’ve tried calling 3 times and have been on hold for 20+ minutes each time. I’ve never gotten through.
Cathy from AmeriCu on Arsenal Street in Wayertown was awesome today. My son took out his first loan on January 9th, we had a issue where the dealer wanted an additional $2000 so we had to go down their and they offered him a credit card and instead she was able to refinance his loan. It was an easy transaction and she was very helpful. She took the time and explained things. My son was a happy person.
Yrma Gallagher is both professional and friendly. From showing me how to use the change machine to transferring my husband‘s IRA from another bank, she made it easy for us. If she doesn’t have the answer She finds it! Largely due to our confidence in Yrma, we have transferred a large amount of our money to Americu .
