If I could provide Zero stars I would. I have been a Director of Social Services for over 15 years, and this is the worst Company to order DME. The only reason I order any DME through this company is because the patient has a managed Medicare that most other companies do not accept. My patients for the last 2 years have never received their equipment prior to discharge. The excuse provided on parachute (the ordering system) is that the patient didn't answer the phone. I don't know who I just now set up a delivery with but she was the worst. She was blowing in the phone until I questioned her about the horrible noise. She asked me for the patients address 3x i told her I was the patient. She still asked again then she sat quietly about 2 minutes. I had to ask if she was still on the phone and she says yes no reply for another minute or so. I asked if she was new bc I'd give her slack but then she said no im not. Terrible place to work with. One person telling you to submit this and another telling you something different they play the run around game. When you are sick or injured who wants to deal with that.
