Elijah Mosley was very helpful with walking me through the first steps to the program. He made sure all my questions were answered. He also sent me an email incase I missed something. Highly, highly recommend Tim Curtin. We successfully worked with him on our refinance, and he got us over half an interest rate point under the competition. He was also very responsive, didn't surprise us with anything, and was helpful in answering all of our questions.
Rob is a professional in every respect. I cannot describe him in any other way. He was incredibly knowledgeable, courteous, and patient. In a time of great stress, he was a calming influence and always was reassuring throughout the entire loan process. If you are searching for a home mortgage, you would really be doing yourself a disservice if you do not call Rob before deciding on a loan officer. He is the best.
